1 ON 1 COACHING
We offer private one on one coaching sessions for both outfield players and goalkeepers. Our one to one sessions are designed to get the “full potential” out of a player. We split our one to one sessions into four stages.
Part 1 is ball comfort, the focus of ball comfort is to get players moving the ball on the floor comfortably with both feet using different surfaces and techniques to perform skills.
Part 2 is all about control/touch. We aim to improve all players control and first touch of the ball in different scenarios they may face in a game.
Part 3 involves working on SAQ. (Speed, Agility and Quickness) we believe that SAQ is part of the game that can really make a player stand out. Our SAQ drills work on improving a players, speed, reactions, balance and agility.
Part 4 includes working with players on phases of play in game situations. This includes passing/shooting technique but also other parts of the game such as movement off the ball, vision and spatial awareness.
